Razzleberry Postcard

This card is a CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) of a beautiful card layout that I saw a lot of last year when Stampin' Up! Winter Post was first released. Winter Post is such a beautiful and vintage looking set - I just love the different images in it, too.

The base of this card is Soft Suede; I think this is my new favorite color! Then I added a layer of Rich Razzleberry with some sponging along the edges with my Sponge Dauber and the Rich Razzleberry ink. I stamped the postcard sentiment in Soft Suede ink onto the piece of Perfect Plum cardstock. I created a square mask out of a piece of scratch paper and stamped the background stamp, En Francais, over it. Then I drew the partition line with a ruler and my Close to Cocoa marker. I rolled and tore and sponged this layer and the Soft Suede mat as well. I wrapped the reindeer and the postcard with a knotted piece of Soft Suede Ribbon and added the Vintage Brads.
