Sweet Scoops - Patriotic

How about this patriotic ice cream cone using the Sweet Scoops stamp set from Stampin' Up! This is one of my June stamp camp cards. We cut out and layered up the three Red, White, Blue scoops that are all glittered and sparkly from Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder.

The ribbon ruffle is created using a strip of Sticky Strip and the beautiful White Satin Ribbon, tacked down here and there. I also sprayed the Creamy Caramel layer with Shimmer Mist mixed with Rubbing Alcohol before I ran it through my Big Shot with the Perfect Details Texture Plate - the perfect ice cream cone texture.
