Mojo Monday with Perfect Blend

When is the last time you made a card using just a single stamp set?! (and let's face it, when is the last time I stamped!) I had fun this morning taking my inspiration from a personal challenge to use ONE stamp set - Perfect Blend - and then use the beautiful Mojo Monday sketch for the layout.

I love the card sketch this week at Mojo Monday! Tall, narrow card and such a fun layout to play with. Of course the sketches are for inspiration, so take the sketch where it leads you.

I stayed pretty true to the sketch layout on my card and made it 3 1/2" x 5 1/2 (cut 3 1/2 x 11, scored at 5 1/2) with the Circle element set off the card front on the left. This fits perfectly into a regular A2 envelope. I used some scrap papers to paper piece some coffee cups with the Perfect Blend stamp set. To be honest, I made some paper pieced coffee cups and then when I was laying out this card, I ended up switching them out for some older ones from my stash ;)

For the Paper Piecing, I stamped the coffee cup several times onto different scraps of paper and cardstock in Early Espresso ink. These are also Heat Embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. Then I trimmed out the pieces and layered the coffee sleeves and lids onto the coffee cup. The coffee cup lids are also popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

And check out the inside of the card, I added a smaller circle over the circle from from the front that is peeking out.
