Here is another Birthday Card using the soon-to-be-FREE Happy Moments Sale-A-Bration stamp set from Stampin' Up! I watercolored the gifts image in these bright and cheery In Colors and then added some Dazzling Diamonds as well. The happy birthday sentiment is from the same Happy Moments stamp set and I punched it out with the Word Window Punch, layered onto the Modern Label Punch (LOVE how these all fit together!) and then finished it off with the Old Olive Library Clip. Oh, and that pretty little border?
