This new stamp set from Stampin' Up! called Just Believe is my new favorite! I love the silhouettes in this set and the sentiments included are just right, too. This card is one we made this month at my Technique Club. The technique is clear block stamping, or Faux Reverse Masking. This month at club we did Masking techniques and this card was my favorite.
