Box Card and Gift Tags - Nature's Walk

 Here is a beautiful Box Card and Gift Tag set using Nature's Walk stamp set from Stampin' Up! This is a square 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 card with a belly band that opens into a box. It's a pretty clever little origami piece. We made these at my Tech Club this month, using the Score Tool and Diagonal Score Insert, and created several tags to put in the box as a gift. This Nature's Walk stamp set from Stampin' Up! is so beautiful and doesn't need an elaborate layout to create beautiful projects.

The bird cage element here is matted onto a doily from the new Sizzlit Large Delicate Doilies from Stampin' Up!  This is popped onto a strip of the gorgeous new Natural Composition Specialty paper. The images on this pattern paper are embossed onto the heavy weight Kraft paper. When the belly band is slid off, the card opens up to be a small box.



Inside the box is a set of tags, using the same Nature's Walk stamp set. Check back later this week for a Photo Tutorial with scoring dimensions for making my variation of a Box Card.
