Masculine Birthday Card - Countryside and Canvas

Here is a man's birthday card - not always the easiest to create for us stampers. I used a few new items from the Spring Occasions Catalog, too. I stamped the truck from Countryside onto Watercolor Paper with Black Craft ink and heat embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder. Then I watercolored the image with Markers and an AquaPainter.

Here's a closeup of the canvas stamped banner. I cut a narrow strip of the Canvas Paper and then stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment on it in Jet Black StazOn. Then put a Crumb Cake Marker in the Spritzing Tool and gave it a little marker splatter. I frayed the edges and adhere it to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. What other new items do you see here - the arrow Clip (so fun!) and just a few strips of Parker's Patterns DSP.
