Using stamped cards as a scrap page element is something my friend Dee is great at. She creates the most beautiful pages often featuring her gorgeous daughters - and usually incorporates a stamped card element as well.
For this page, I saw these beautiful Fifth Ave Floral cardlets on Jackie's blog and had to make a few. Then I created one as a card front only and knotted a piece of the new Polka Dot 3/4" Real Red Grosgrain around the top. I added the Fifth Ave Floral sentiment to it and used a Real Red Marker to color some of the flower centers. Finally I swiped my Whisper White Craft Ink pad around all the edges of the Kraft card front and set it aside to dry.
Recipe:
Stamps: Schoolbook Serif, Fifth Ave Floral
Cardstock: Kraft, Specialty Cocoa DSP
Ink: Basic Black, Whisper White Craft, Basic Black Craft, Real Red Marker
Accessories: 3/4" Polka Dot Real Red Grosgrain, Basic Black Journaler, Stampin' Dimensionals
