I had originally stamped the baroque image in Basic Black onto Whisper White. It looked to stark to me and the fine lines of this image didn't lend enough weight to the Black on White stamping. Then I tried Whisper White on Basic Black and again, it looked very stark. I looked through my stash of Designer Series Paper and found a perfect piece of black pattern paper, with just a touch of pattern to it. The Whisper White image embossed on the pattern paper was just right - very soft and quite lovely! Can you guess the package that this piece of paper came from? Witches Brew DSP, a Halloween paper package from the Holiday Catalog! I think this is my favorite Calendar cover and color combination so far!
