File Folder Cards - Envelope Punch Board

The Envelope Punch Board from Stampin' Up! makes is SO EASY to make perfectly coordinated and beautiful Envelopes for your hand stamped cards. It also makes it fun and easy to make these File Folder Cards. Patty Bennett has a great video tutorial on making these and that is where I first saw them made using the Envelope Punch Board.

This File Folder Card with the Burlap wrap does not open, the wrap holds the folder closed. It has a pull-out insert for the writing area. I used the Burlap Trim available in the Holiday Catalog from Stampin' Up! The button is one from my stash, tied with Linen Thread. This tag is made with the Perfectly Penned stamp set, stamped in Chocolate Chip ink and die cut with the Hearts A Flutter Thinlits.

We'll be making this version with the Strawberry Slush DSP at an upcoming Technique Club. This File Folder Card does not have an insert and the front of the card opens with a writing area on the inside of the folder.

Tech Club is a fun group of stampers that meets at my house each month to learn new techniques and how to use some of the new tools and products from Stampin' Up! (We also do a lot of talking and laughing!) If you're interested in checking out one of my classes, Tech Club is a great one to try! We would love to stamp with you, so check out my Events Calendar and RSVP for one of my classes today!
