Vintage Vogue Sketch Challenge - a Sympathy card

stampin up card, very vintageHere is a sympathy card I made last week for a dear friend whose father passed away. Her daddy was such a wonderful man. I wanted to be there for her in person and wasn't able, but I did want her to know that I was sending prayers and strength her way.

I used the sentiment from Very Vintage on the front of this card and a scripture stamp I own for the inside. The pattern paper is the Ruby Red designer series paper from the Patterns Pack III, a Hostess Level I choice. I layered it onto a mat of Whisper White and then punched a Full Heart and Small Heart from different patterns of the Ruby Red dsp. A knot of the Chocolate Chip Satin Ribbon anchors the Full Heart Punch, which is adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.
